Full Name: Syfe Holst
Titles: Crone, Seeress
Nicknames: , Witch, Hag, Unclean
Age: 24
Race: Man
Gender: Female
Hair: Stark Black
Skin: Tanned
Eyes: None.
Height: 5'8''
Weight: 140 lbs
Place of residence: The Open Road
Place of Birth: Dale
Known Relatives: Brendur Holst (Brother)
Religion/Philosophy: While Syf pays no homage to the Valar in name, she is devout to a being that she refers to as "The Ferryman", a lord of the dead who in all possibility could be Namo in her fractured mind. She believes in right death, and wrong death, the distinction found only in the cracks of her psyche. She takes it upon herself to help others cross with the Ferryman and see that their names are properly "Penned" in the book of the dead. According to her the Ferryman is kind, righteous, and hauntingly patient.
Occupation: Healer, Fortune Teller
Enemies: In close tandem with her brother she shares both his enemies and allies.
Likes: Shade, new experiences, "Aiding" others, pure faith
Favorite Foods: anything with strong spices
Favorite Drinks: Triple Distilled Mountain Peach Brandy
Favorite Colors: Green
Weapons of Choice: Staves and Swords, she however is more likely to curse an opponent before they come in reach of these.
Hobbies: Dancing and the lute.
Physical Features: Syfe is easily distinguished as one of the "Disinfranchised" of Middle Earth, as she goes dressed in rags from head to toe. Her raven hair drapes over her blindfolded eyes in snarls and tangles, and when she walks it rattles and chimes from the many charms and fetishes entwined in it. Her walk is more of a shamble, the rigid movements that of a poor constructed puppet, save for when she dances.
Special Abilities: Syfe does have the powers of a seeress, however sorting them from the daily hallucinations that she experiences is taxing to those who put their trust in her visions. While she is indeed blind, the loss of her vision has been compensated for unexpectedly with her madness. Her senses may have been mixed and jumbled about, but they are also hieghtened, and after years of adjusting to these senses, they allow her to see from angles that others shall never.
Positive Personality Traits:
Loyalty - Just as her brother, once Syfe's trust is earned, it is stalwart.
Impartial- Syfe is an emotionally unstable psychotic wreck, but shes the same emotionally unstable pyschotic wreck to everyone she meets.
Belief- Syfe believes wholly and totally in the mercy and righteousness of death, she pities those who are left to mourne but pities further still those who are denied their rightful place on the other side of the river.
Negative Personality Traits:
Madness - All jokes concerning Sparta aside, Syfe is quite mad. There's no escaping it, and if you call Syfe friend theres no side stepping it, eventually you must look it in the eye. Trapped between reality, the nightmare that cracked her mind, and the joys of her childhood, this madness makes Syfe hard to understand in any sense of the word.
Belief- Syf Believes, and believes hard, those who attempt to deny someone their rightful death, or make light of the Ferryman and his work, had best be prepared for swift judgement.
Misc. Quirks: Far too many to mention. You'll just have to meet her to find out. ;D
